Helpdesk ticket. One support ticket: the conversation with customer messages, agent replies and internal notes told apart by label and fill, a reply composer with Reply and Internal note tabs and macros, and a side column with requester, workspace plan and MRR, editable properties, SLA timers and related tickets.

Notes look like notes

Customer messages, agent replies and internal notes are told apart by label and fill, so nobody replies to a customer with an internal note.

SLA timers and properties

A side column with the requester, their plan and revenue, editable properties, SLA timers and related tickets.

A knowledge base

Help center home and article pages that match the app, plus an FAQ page.

Every state

Empty queues, SLA breached, loading and error states, in light and dark.
